I know what it’s like to feel broken and alone—and I also know what it’s like to come out on the other side. One of my greatest passions is walking alongside individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unequipped to handle the challenges in front of them. Reaching out for help takes real courage, especially with the lingering stigma around therapy. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you or your child can begin the journey toward healing and resilience. Whether you’re dealing with something recent or something long-standing, you don’t have to go through it alone. I work with both adults and children, offering support through a wide range of concerns, including grief and loss, life transitions, chronic illness, and trauma. I have extensive experience helping children navigate attachment difficulties, maladaptive behaviors, and the effects of early adversity.
