I am a Biracial Marriage and Family Therapist committed to assisting driven, self-determined women of color to learn how to trust their instincts, balance career goals with personal needs, and improve relationships with loved ones. My work focuses on using women’s strengths to be as successful personally as they are professionally. I believe in using the inner wisdom found within all of us to create a more authentic path toward joy and balance. I am passionate about providing women of color and interracial couples with a therapist who mirrors their world for a chance to be fully understood. I hope to bring mental health resources to an overworked and highly independent community that is no stranger to working twice as hard to get half as far and is too often deprived of the privilege of being vulnerable in the workplace. I want to help you use your strengths to create a balance in your life that allows for both success and vulnerability.
