Dr. Carney provides forensic services, psychological evaluation and consultation. Child custody, parenting capacity, disability, pre-employment, personal injury, and criminal evaluations constitute his day-to-day practice. Child custody evaluations and Parental Fitness are common referrals. Also, work product reviews of other evaluations are conducted. Assessments may pertain to capacity to care and protect, relocation impact on children, abusive, domestic violence, substance abuse, and parental alienation.
