You may be facing self-esteem challenges, identity questions, family or relationship struggles, or the pressures of ADHD, neurodivergence, or being highly creative. You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of the next steps, but you’re also looking for clarity, connection, and real support. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you feel understood and empowered. Together, we’ll explore challenges, build insight, and create meaningful changes that help you move forward with confidence. I help children, teens, and young adults build confidence, navigate life transitions, and manage challenges like ADHD, neurodivergence, or family and relationship struggles. Using a client-centered therapy approach, CBT, and expressive arts methods, I create a supportive space where clients feel understood, empowered, and ready to grow.
