My priority is to be curious with you. My approach is built upon genuine interest in understanding my clients. I'm somatic in practice and love helping folks reconnect to their body and integrity. I teach self-leadership, embodiment, and release. I want to help you explore what's true for you, listen without feeling protective/becoming defensive, and learn to feel safer in relationships (with others but also with yourself.) I have 15 years of experience in mental health treatment settings and I specialize in eating disorder recovery, healing relational trauma, and gender affirming care.
