With extensive experience in the mental health world, Jack specializes in life transitions, distress tolerance, harm reduction, and a variety of mental health conditions. Jack brings a compassionate and evidence-based approach to supporting individuals facing complex challenges related to anxiety and mental health. Jack was born and raised in New York City, and currently lives in Brooklyn with his wife, his infant son, and his dog, Boogie.
