Together, we’ll work towards finding the a healthy way forward that is aligned with what's most important to you. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques with a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. Sessions with me are interactive and collaborative. We will focus on ways we have responded to life's stressors in the past that have not served us, and work on finding new ways of responding in a way that is aligned with our values.
