Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker with decades of experience inspiring and motivating others to be the best version of themselves. I am also a certified executive coach working to motivate and inspire high performance while maintaining a healthy work/life balance. I find a special satisfaction helping people transition into the next phase of their personal and professional lives. I worked in a variety of settings throughout my career involving counseling, supervision, policy and communications. Over the past 25 years, I held numerous senior advisory positions in the federal government including the Executive Office of the President and the National Institutes of Health where I worked alongside many of the world’s leading experts on mental health and addiction.
