I have a deeply relational approach to my clinical practice that centers your needs as the expert of your own life. I love to work with individuals from a systems based approach, always considering your family history and unique intersections of identity. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, primarily psychodynamic, which means we will work together to explore the ways emotional experiences of the past affect your life and relationships today, and collaborate to create new possibilities for the future. I have also recently integrated EMDR into my practice.
