I work with teens and adults to develop resilience, connection, and good habits. With adults, I work on things like intimacy, addiction, and confidence. I help teens navigate new independence, communicate with parents, understand impulses, and build community that keeps them safe. People like talking to me because I'm friendly, affirming, curious, open-minded, and I have a very diverse knowledge base. We go deep and we also address day-to-day practical problems.
