My ideal client is the person who’s been holding it all together for everyone else and finally realizes they can’t keep doing it alone. They’re navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship struggles, or the aftermath of betrayal. They want honesty, real conversation, and a safe place to unpack the hard stuff. Together, we work toward self-trust, balance, and peace. I strive to help clients feel grounded, confident, and connected again.
