I work primarily with young adults navigating anxiety, attachment wounds, and the lasting impact of complicated relationships with their mothers. Many of my clients are insightful and capable, yet feel chronically dysregulated, self-critical, or unsure of themselves in relationships. I’m easy to talk to, present, and gently direct. Therapy with me isn’t an interrogation—I won’t answer your questions with more questions or rush you toward quick fixes. I believe healing happens in a shame-free, attuned relationship where your nervous system feels safe enough to soften.
