This may be due to burnout, depression, perfectionism, or loss. I help clients reflect on their life, past and present. We identify thought & behavior patterns that lead to feeling "stuck". Then, we rewrite an inner dialogue that is rooted in self-compassion, leading to healing, freedom, and more enjoyment of life.
