Therapy is a process of getting connected to ourselves by increasing self-awareness of our mind, body and brain, and learning healthy, adaptive skills to experience a fulfilling, emotionally regulated life. As a child we develop adaptive/maladaptive methods to navigate(survive) life that in adult life continue to be maladaptive and cause suffering. My current focus is working with adults (age 18+) assisting them in experiencing relief related to past traumas and current life events. Through the use of various therapies and exploration of the mind, brain and body's response to triggers, we collaboratively work to facilitate relief.
