Whether you’re feeling depressed, anxious, or just not feeling like yourself lately, I’m here to help you face life’s challenges confidently. Therapy isn’t “one size fits all”, so I use a variety of approaches (plus a bit of humor!) to meet the needs of each individual client. My goal is to empower you to feel like your best self! I enjoy working with people on work-life balance, learning to set boundaries with others, and taking better care of themselves through increasing self compassion and self awareness.
