I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.. I have experience conducting individual, couple and family therapy. I have worked in adolescent residential programs, crisis centers and outpatient office providing both virtual and in person therapy. I have experience working with trauma including physical, sexual and emotional abuse, adolescents struggling with self-harming behaviors, depression, anxiety, crisis management and family conflict. I enjoy helping couples of all types heal, strengthen and enhance their relationships.
