It is truly an honor and a privilege to share space with clients. Utilizing a collaborative approach to healing, I offer support and acceptance to all who enter therapy. Grounded in a Narrative approach, I view clients as the experts of their own lives and aim to empower them while amplifying their voice. I believe every individual deserves to be seen and heard without judgment, and I strive to provide this through a strong therapeutic alliance and meaningful relational depth. I also support clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief. I am trained in sex therapy, EMDR, expressive arts, and creative writing. I offer in-person therapy in Iowa and telehealth for Colorado and Florida.
