I’m a down-to-earth therapist who believes small steps lead to big changes. I enjoy bringing humor into sessions when it fits, and I approach therapy through a trauma-informed lens. I work with teens, adults, and families facing anxiety, trauma, OCD, depression, chronic illness, disability, religious trauma, and LGBTQIA+ issues. (and other life issues). I love helping people reconnect with their strengths and move toward a more authentic life. I use a trauma-informed approach to help clients process the past and build on their strengths. We'll start with small, manageable goals and move at your pace toward meaningful, lasting change. I am trained in EMDR and am happy to include it in therapy if it feels right for you.
