On the surface, you are successful: you are a professional, you earned your degree(s), you have “the job,” the friends… However, in the quiet moments of your life you cannot find peace; you are struggling with imposter syndrome or shaking something(s) that happened to you, or holding back in your relationships. You don’t know how to reach out or who to reach out to. You want to be seen, but you are afraid. Maybe you're a recent college graduate figuring out "adulting" or have experienced a lifetime of microaggressions due to your cultural or sexual identity. And you can't stop wondering if it really was as bad as you thought. I’m glad you’re here. I spent the past decade in higher education counseling, where I specialized in working with young adults, the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities, highly sensitive persons, neurodivergent folks, and trauma survivors. As an intuitive healer, I will work through the steps of processing multigenerational trauma and/or systemic oppression.
