Hi, I'm so glad you're here! I'm Jackie, and I am an inclusive, affirming therapist that provides a safe space for all who see me. My previous experience as an art teacher and artist grants me a deep love for the arts as a tool for healing, which I often use in my practice. I specialize in anxiety, depression, low self-image, and religious trauma and deconstruction. I practice with a feminist lens, striving for equality, advocacy, and equity between all clients and their relationships. My clients include older adolescents (15+ yrs) and adult individuals. My greatest honor in life is to witness my clients step into their power through emotional awareness, communication skills, empathy, expression, and creativity. I strive to empower and walk alongside my clients as a teammate, so they may live their best lives. I offer a judgement-free space to process experiences, express emotions, and move towards change.
