You may look like you are “holding it together,” but inside you feel exhausted, on edge, or stuck in the same painful patterns in your relationships or at work. You might be juggling school, a demanding job, caregiving, or first responder responsibilities while managing trauma, grief, ADHD, or attachment wounds that make it hard to feel grounded and present. My approach draws from ACT, REBT, DBT, and feminist therapies to help you build practical coping skills, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and reconnect with your values so you can move toward a life that feels more authentic, balanced, and self-compassionate. I work with trauma, grief, caregivers, attachment issues and neurodivergence and many other issues.
