Are you overwhelmed trying to manage your day to day life while focusing on parenting, trying to conceive, infertility issues or postpartum mental health? Managing these symptoms and changes can be difficult and confusing and sometimes women have little guidance and support. Working with me will hopefully change that mindset for you. I specialize in women's mental health, including pregnancy, perinatal mood disorders and infertility and loss. I also specialize in anxiety and OCD. I also focus on parenting skills so that you can have more balance at home. Working with women during reproductive and life transitions is a huge passion of mine. I focus on meeting my clients where they are, encouraging both healing and symptom management. Because of my experience and training, I can provide perinatal and postpartum therapy in creative ways.
