My passion is assisting individuals and families in navigating the challenges and hurdles that life throws at us as humans. Over the years I have had the opportunity to walk alongside countless people during their times of grief, trauma, chronic illness, chronic pain, life transitions and life-altering events. My goal is to provide my clients a supportive, empathetic, and warm environment so they feel safe and comfortable processing what they are experiencing. I also help my clients learn strategies and develop tools to cope more effectively in managing stressors and emotional challenges.
