I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with a long history of working with clients from diverse populations and cultural backgrounds. I work towards recognizing your existing skills and strengths, and personalizing your treatment based on your needs and goals. I pull from a variety of therapeutic techniques and theories to treat a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, LGBTQ issues, bipolar disorder, relationship difficulties, and other life transitions.
