We all experience trauma, stressors, and circumstances outside our control throughout life. Such times can leave us feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from ourselves, our values, and others. We are relational beings, wired for connection, and if we allow them to, relationships can be a great crucible, leading to growth and change. My clients come willing to work and increase their capacity for intimacy, passion, and discomfort for the sake of that growth. They want to increase their self-awareness, understand underlying patterns, their involvement in those patterns, and work towards balance in themselves and their relationships. My counseling focus is meeting individuals where they are and facilitating healing, connection, strength, and balance. I am committed to assisting clients with self-connection and nurturing healthy relationships with themselves and others. When individuals have done the work to heal and take themselves on, they can better show up in their relationships.
