It becomes consuming, costing you time with loved ones and friends, money, sense of peace, sleep, pleasure, joy, or your health and you want nothing more than to be yourself again; maybe even find yourself for the first time ever. I don't judge and am here to listen and be with whatever is going on with you, to provide a safe holding place for emotions and problems, and, if you’re ready, to facilitate interventions to help you reach your personal goals.
