I welcome individuals and couples in MA/CT . I work with people with histories of depression, anxiety, trauma, difficulty in relationships, and low self-esteem. My approach focuses on understanding symptoms that arise from these experiences, along with exploring ways of managing, soothing, and coping. I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust and empathy. This is the foundation that will allow us to delve into underlying causes, patterns, and conflicts that lead to personal growth and lasting change.
