Hello, and welcome! I know that starting therapy can be an overwhelming journey. Rest assured, I hear you. My aim in our sessions is to create an open, comfortable, and safe space that is free of judgment. Whether you come into your session with a specific concern in mind, or perhaps just curiosity about your own inner world, you are welcome here. Our sessions will focus on gaining an understanding about where you're at now, and where you'd like to be. Together, we'll get to the bottom of what is holding you back from living your most authentic, vibrant life - because you deserve it! I work with young adults (and older!) experiencing anxiety, depression, gender identity and ADHD-related concerns. I am also a certified SSP provider, for those seeking to improve their ability to self-regulate and co-regulate.
