Being human can be really challenging sometimes and there is strength in asking for help. I don't believe anybody should have to face their challenges alone. I strive to provide a safe and supportive environment while meeting you where you are currently at. Let's work together to get you where you want to be in your life. I work with adults to address concerns such as: stress, self-esteem, relationship problems (on an individual level), communication skills, boundaries, depression, anxiety and life transition or adjustment issues. I can also provide chemical dependency/substance use evaluations but please note I do not accept probation vouchers.
