As your therapist, my goal is to guide you toward greater understanding, compassion, and self-acceptance. I believe in working together to identify and address the unique challenges that may be holding you back or keeping you stuck in unhelpful patterns. During our sessions, I draw from a blend of approaches rooted in compassion and warmth. I incorporate curiosity, empathy, and mindfulness techniques tailored to meet your specific needs in the moment. I've also been trained in EMDR therapy, enabling me to support individuals healing from past traumas and finding relief from PTSD symptoms.
