Hi, my name is Jackie Prestoy and I am a psychotherapist practicing in New York City. My style involves creating space to truly hear and understand you. I believe that being listened to and understood lays the groundwork for change and healing. I am here to support you throughout your journey, wherever that may lead you. I hold a consistent space to explore whatever is on your mind. Sessions with me can involve treatment and exploration of mental illness and/or the pursuit of personal wellness. I believe that everyone deserves care. I earned my Master’s degree from NYU’s Mental Health and Wellness program and hold a Post-Master’s Certificate in LGBT+ Health, Education, and Social Services. I have experience working with members of the LGBT+ community and welcome the opportunity to work with individuals across a wide range of identities and experiences.
