I'm Jackie and it would be my privilege to help you rediscover your zest for life. Sometimes just talking about your problems isn't enough. We are probably a good fit if you're looking for real life skills you can use to help you think, feel, and live better. Do you appreciate a holistic approach to therapy? In addition to being a psychologist, I completed yoga teacher training, studied nutritional and integrative medicine for mental health, and am an instructor for low aerial sling. If an integrative wellness-based approach to your healing sounds like just what you need, I would love to hear from you! I am also a huge believer in the power of aerial arts for both physical and mental health.
