My name is Jackie Strand and I’m a licensed clinical social worker practicing in NYC. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients to help them achieve their personal goals. Whether your goal is to make positive changes in your life or to have a deeper understanding of self, together, we can create a safe and non-judgmental environment to help improve your life in significant ways. I have experience working with individuals presenting with anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues and low self-esteem. My adaptable therapeutic approach allows me to specialize treatment to fit the needs of each individual client. I use a variety of techniques from my years of clinical experience to get to the root of the issues that may be affecting your well-being. Whether the problem feels small or big, old or new; I am open to bringing it into the room for closer observation and deeper discovery. Everyone has the capacity to change their lives.
