Walking along side individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and life transitions is where my experience lies. No matter where you are on life's journey you deserve someone that can hold hope for you and work with you to soften the “noise” surrounding you in order to live into your authentic self. Since receiving my Masters in Counseling in 2008, I have worked in the areas of family therapy, grief support, counseling college students with disabilities and various other non-profit agencies supporting mental health.
