About
Moments of heaviness, crossroads, inner conflict, and change are part of being human—but you don’t have to navigate them alone. I hold space for you to show up however you are in this moment, and to be received with care, acceptance, and respect. I work with adults, teens, and preteens, who may feel unseen, overwhelmed, or disconnected, as well as those unlearning body oppression, tending to disordered eating, or finding new ways to honor the wisdom in survival. I also recognize the very real impact of systemic oppression and harmful cultural narratives on mental health, and I hold space for the ways these forces shape your story.
