Hey there, I'm Jackie, and I would love to help you navigate whatever life challenges you may be facing. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience in the therapy/counseling field. I have worked with individuals experiencing a wide variety of challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, work related stress, addiction, and PTSD - just to name a few. I have worked in a Corrections environment for several years and have identified a need for counseling within the Corrections/Law Enforcement/First Responder fields. My goal is to assist my clients in gaining greater insight into their problems, and develop effective strategies to manage stressful situations. I provide education to my clients and we will work together to determine what approach works best for you.
