I work with children, teens, and young adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trouble navigating friendships, family conflict, and life transitions. As a therapist with over 22 years of experience in therapeutic schools, community mental health, and private practice, I am passionate about working with young people so that they can feel more confident, connected and brave. Guided by best practices, my approach often incorporates DBT, CBT, ACT and Motivational Interviewing. My approach is strength based and compassionate. Together, in a non-judgemental space, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way and build practical strategies that actually work — whether that’s coping skills, communication tools, or support through transitions.
