The word “radical” originates from the Latin word for “root.” I host radical, deep, transformative therapy with clients who are looking to get to the root of their suffering, or to find a way to return to their roots. This can mean rediscovering yourself through the fog of depression, the whirlwind of anxiety, the dark night of grief, or the cracking open from individual and collective loss and trauma. We focus on expanding your vessel to hold suffering more reverently, by allowing it to be heard and felt in ways that both hone and honor your edges. This is done within a trauma-informed approach. By paying attention to the emotions, body sensations, images, ancestors, and dreams that show up in the here-and-now, we explore your story with compassionate curiosity and invite impactful reflections and relational connection into the therapy space.
