I always say, the best tool in your tool box is your imagination, but it can create or destroy. I like to work with a person's imagination using Art Therapy and creative visualization to put that tool to good use in "creating a life worth living" (a line from CBT). I use mindfulness and Metta, a way of generating self love, forgiveness and compassion. I use techniques drawn from Internal Family Systems and Motivational Interviewing, ACT, nervous system and neurobiology. My goal is integration of body, mind, heart and spirit toward whole being wellness.
