With over seven years of experience working with adolescents and adults, I understand the complexities of issues such as sexuality, gender, trauma, and mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, and Autism. My goal is to listen without judgment and help you uncover the strength within yourself to navigate life's challenges. As an LGBTQ and Neurodivergent affirmative therapist, I am dedicated to supporting you in your journey toward self-love, healing, and growth. In your first session with me, you can expect a warm, welcoming environment where we’ll start by getting to know each other. I’ll listen to your story, understand your current challenges, and discuss your goals for therapy. We’ll work together to build a comfortable rapport and establish a foundation for our future sessions.
