Welcome! My goal is to provide a non-judgmental, warm, safe space for individuals and families to process their thoughts, feelings, obstacles, and traumas. Whether it’s every day stressors, debilitating anxiety, depression, or significant family conflict, my hope is that the therapeutic process will provide insight and skills for my clients to live their best lives. My approach is strength-based and client directed, utilizing a varied approach of Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Humanistic Therapies. I also offer Family Therapy and Parent Support.
