I provide a non-judgmental, safe space for the people I meet with. I actively partner with you towards your desired goals at a pace you are comfortable with. Because I use an eclectic approach to therapy, I believe that there is not a “one size fits all” style for every person. I enjoy working with folks from all walks of life, experiencing anything from Depression, Anxiety, to ADHD, to life transitions. I particularly enjoy partnering with birthing individuals around the many aspects of pregnancy including infertility, loss, and postpartum experiences.
