Hi, I’m Jackie, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in trauma and anxiety. I work with adults who feel stuck in survival mode—struggling with chronic anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and constant overwhelm. I specialize in childhood trauma, relationship trauma, and first-generation stress, and I bring my Latina background into my work with clients who are navigating cultural expectations, family pressure, and the emotional weight of being “the strong one.” Using nervous-system-based, trauma-informed approaches, I help you move beyond just understanding your experiences to actually calming your nervous system.
