My ideal client is someone—whether a child, teen, or adult—who might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. They may be navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, trauma, or identity-related challenges, and are simply looking for a space where they can feel safe, understood, and accepted just as they are. They’re seeking support to better understand themselves, build healthy coping skills, and take steps toward healing and growth. Deep down, they know they’re capable of more than just getting by—they’re ready to thrive.
