I am interested in identifying and drawing on your inherent strengths-believing we all have our own answers but sometimes need help uncovering them. I love working with people who want to change, who want to look at meaning and develop an ability to connect with greater purpose--to others, to work, to the world itself. I can help with anxiety, depression, addictive behaviors (i.e., substances, food, work), life transitions, work issues, mid-life and other challenging experiences, including grief and relationship issues.
