I am passionate in supporting a variety of clients including couples in varying stages of marital growth and repair and individuals of all ages processing childhood trauma, anxiety, grief processing, and a variety of mental health needs. My typical client is motivated for change and growth after identifying areas in their life they are wanting to change or improve. I love to be a support, empathizer, and encourager as you navigate the personal goals you have set for your growth and healing. I am dedicated to providing person-centered, emotionally focused therapy for couples and individuals. My education is centered on systems theory and recognizing the important influence, positive or negative, relationships have on all individuals. I have a passion for supporting individuals/couples navigating the intricacies of the medical training journey.
