Hi there! I appreciate you taking the time to learn more about my services. I am a trauma-informed therapist who works with teens, adults, and couples. My goal is for therapy to become a safe space in which we can explore the most vulnerable parts of self to reach a point of true healing. You will find that I approach each client with genuine compassion and curiosity. I want to work together to create an effective path to reach your goals whether it is healing relational conflict, past trauma, addressing depression/anxiety, or enhancing your emotional understanding. My therapeutic approaches consist of Emotionally Focused Therapy, Neuro-Affective Relational Model, and Psychoanalytic Therapy. I have found that the combination of these models is extremely effective in helping reduce symptoms, increase self-awareness, and enhance your ability to live authentically.
