I am simply another human sitting across from you (in a safe, neutral, comfortable space) trained to assist, validate, and empower you. I deeply value and prioritize a genuine relationship with each client, where clients can find solace, unconditional support, trust, and empowerment. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to target and reconstruct negative thought patterns, Reality Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients reach a specific goal while focusing on their unique strengths & potential.
