Are you feeling isolated, overwhelmed, or stuck? Maybe you’re navigating the aftereffects of trauma, struggling with anxiety or depression, or facing challenges in your relationships. Perhaps you’re in the middle of a major life transition including being diagnosed with a chronic illness.. This is where I come in. I work with teens, adults and couples. I work with LGBTQIA+ clients, survivors of narcissistic abuse and people with chronic illnesses. I also work with people with depression and anxiety.
