Does life feel overwhelming for you or perhaps your child at the moment? I have worked with clients of all ages for the past ten years and I also specialize in working with children and family units as a whole. I provide individual and family counseling to an array of populations, including those with anxiety, depression, ADHD, histories of physical, sexual or emotional abuse, post traumatic stress disorder, or negative coping skills. I work with my clients through a Cognitive Behavioral Approach. When working with children or adolescents I use creative approaches to therapy, including art, sand play and play therapy techniques.
